I got 2 frames one after the other and they showed up just like they said, in great shape. I mistakenly replied to the email that informed me my order was on its way, and they even got back to me right away. I'd suggest them to anyone.

"Looking to frame some special tees..."
I was hoping to frame a few t-shirts that my late dad co-designed for a record label back in the early 90s. They were crafted beautifully and super easy to use!

Super pumped to discover these and placed my order right away! When it arrived, I literally grabbed it from the UPS guy, and I could hear shattered glass rattling around in the box. I quickly opened it up and snapped a photo. Then, I shot an email to Shart with the picture to inform them, and they got back to me in less than a day, saying they’d send a replacement right away and apologized for the hassle. The new one came in perfect condition and was packed well. I’m definitely gonna grab more of these and I’m a customer for life. Thanks, Shart!

Super simple to navigate. I got the premium frame, but the site doesn’t really explain what sets the standard apart from the premium. I definitely plan to shop with Sharts again, but next time I might just go for the standard frame.

Our Shart frame showed up really fast after we placed the order. Just like the site said, the frame is easy to use. It's crafted from quality materials. We gifted it, and they absolutely loved it. We plan to purchase more down the line. Plus, we really appreciate that it's MADE IN USA.
